After many years of studying and working together, Algis and Giedre founded AGA Projects Ltd formerly known AGAP (Architects) Ltd in 2008. 

Their goal is to work closely with clients combining their passion and skill to design and deliver projects that exceed expectations.  

Algis Kybartas

BArch, MArch, MSc, RIBA

Algis manages the day-to-day running of the practice, agreeing appointments, overseeing design management and contract administration to ensure projects run smoothly. 

His technical skill, focus on continual improvement and understanding of new and innovative construction techniques means the practice is ever-evolving and looking for more efficient ways of carrying out work for our clients. 

Algis enjoys working collaboratively with the design team, clients and stakeholders, and promotes proactive and inclusive teamwork to deliver original and responsive designs.

He has worked on retail, commercial and residential projects, including listed buildings and projects within sensitive contexts. 

Giedre Kybartiene

BArch, MArch, RIBA

Giedre brings her ingenuity and creativity to each and every project, exploring possibilities and developing solutions to create new and exciting designs. 

She takes a passionate and rigorous approach to challenging client briefs and works to reveal the best possible options, not just in terms of design quality but also in relation to delivery and cost. This approach extends from design inception through to the final specification of fixtures, fittings and furniture.

Giedre has particular experience of commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and residential design.  

Lotta

Since joining the studio Lotta has become a deeply loyal member of the team. She sometimes attends site meetings, acting as an icebreaker, and is known to share her expert opinion on projects as they develop. 

She works closely with Giedre and although she is dedicated to developing her skills as a foot warmer she finds it hard to resist shredding office supplies.
