The refurbishment of a former Victorian warehouse in the Bloomsbury conservation area to provide modern office space. 

We provided project management services for the landlord’s works, including the planning and installation of air conditioning units. 

The open-plan office has an industrial feel while the lighting and building services installation modernises the former warehouse and brings it to life creating a functional, comfortable and easy to maintain environment. 

The interior was designed and built by Portas Agency Ltd and Lomax Management Ltd.
